Evergreen Business Services Ltd. was formed in 2001 to develop and manage The Douglas Professional Centre, a fully serviced business centre. Our objective is to consistently provide a friendly, secure and clean place in which to conduct business.

We offer a beautifully designed and decorated space with vaulted ceilings and skylights throughout. We are a leader in the serviced office industry in Victoria, British Columbia. Our executive offices can be viewed as a one-stop source for corporations and individual professionals seeking a flexible solution to traditional office space.

Our business centre is situated in a convenient and easily accessible location, all with plenty of free parking. Our offices provide our clients with standard features that are included in the base rent with a full complement of high-quality business support options. We are the ideal solution for a start up business, one that is downsizing or has just outgrown the home office. Evergreen has a choice of small, medium or large offices which provide the flexibility to grow with your business. Regardless of size, our business centre has been designed and furnished to project an image of success. Each office can be configured for use by one person or, depending on size, to share with several associates.

We also have furnished offices which rent by the hour, day, or month. Each office is supplied with an executive desk set and phone.
