Janitorial Service:
Garbage is picked up from your office regularly. Each week individual offices are vacuumed. Environmentally “green” cleaning products are used throughout. We will assist with heavy parcels and the removal of cardboard.
Utilities
Hydro, heat and water are included in our Professional Office Package. Our offices feature natural light from our many windows and skylights. There are individual heat controls. All of the sky lights and windows open to allow fresh air to flow through our offices. Many of our offices have air-conditioning.
Kitchen/Lunch Room
Take a break and meet the other professionals who work out of the Douglas Professional Centre.
Bring your own mug or use one of ours. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster and refrigerator. Coffee, tea, filtered hot and cold water are complimentary.
Recycling
We recycle and for your convenience containers are located throughout the centre. The smaller containers are for mixed paper. The large recycling bin in the kitchen is for glass, cans and cardboard containers, magazines and newspapers. If you prefer to do your own recycling; the CRD has placed recycling bins at the northwest corner of the centre. Whenever possible we use recycled paper products. Please feel free to use the heavy duty document shredder located next to the photocopier.
